• 3Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money balance is used first when placing bets. Bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements only on eligible games as specified in the individual promotion terms. • 3You must not use the Platform for any money laundering activity or to process the proceeds of any criminal enterprise. 55rr0 is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation.
• 4You must not post, transmit, or distribute any material on or through the Platform that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, threatening, or that violates any applicable law. 55rr0 reserves the right to remove any such material and suspend the account responsible without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability & Amendments

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55rr0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. 55rr0's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 55rr0 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

55rr0 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 55rr0 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by means of a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
